Based on feedback from trainers, owners and exhibitors, the AQHA Show Department staff made adjustments to how they created the show’s 2018 schedule. AQHA staff also received feedback and suggestions from the AQHA Show Committee before the tentative schedule was approved by the AQHA Executive Committee.

This year, the show takes place over Memorial Day weekend, May 26–27, in conjunction with the Empire State Paint Horse Club’s Yankee Union POR Show in Cobleskill, New York, and is co-sponsored by the New England Paint Horse Club.

Success there helped the Tigers earn the Western and Hunt Seat discipline titles as well. There were seven championships available on Saturday – Auburn went home with five.
Continue reading …The “Ole’ South” rivalry of two SEC foes, Auburn Equestrian and Georgia Equestrian, was the headlining act today at the 2018 NCEA National Championships in Waco, Texas. But no matter which way the chips would fall, for the sixth straight year in a row, the Southern Equestrian Conference would have a representative take home the coveted title of National Champion. Overall, the SEC has 15 titles since the NCEA was sanctioned in 2002.
