All youth teams and youth high-point winners will be honored in front of their peers, friends and family for their accomplishments. The 2018-19 AQHYA Executive Committee and regional directors will also be introduced at this year’s Parade of Teams. New this year, the fashion show will be included during the Parade of Teams, and the Ford Youth World dance will kick off immediately following the Parade of Teams in the Sales Pavilion (Barn 3).

With the chance at some wonderful incentives, the show attracted nearly 1,200 entries and 249 horses from 32 U.S. states and Canada. Each class paid out $1,300 in scholarships. Several areas saw growth in entries over the 2017 show: Youth halter classes grew by 65%; solid-Paint bred halter classes were up 75%, and solid Paint-bred performance classes grew by 108%, just to name a few.
