Bank of America Youth Excellence Seminar: 2019 YES, which is July 9-11 in Amarillo, Texas, welcomes AQHYA members and nonmembers, ages 10 to 18, to experience this three-day, fun-packed event that offers valuable leadership skills, inspiring speakers and tons of fun. Registration is $110 until June 1 for members, and is subject to availability.

New location! The 2019 Adequan® Select World will be at the Will Rogers Memorial Center in Fort Worth. This will be the first of three years for the show in Fort Worth and exhibitors will be able to enjoy the surrounding city during their time at the show. Although she is best known for her work with Hunter Under Saddle horses, Vicky also enjoys pattern classes. “I do love Hunter Under Saddle, but I also love a good Western Riding and Trail horse. I had such a wide range of experiences growing up, that really I just live to ride,” she said. 

2019 marks the fourteenth annual NSBA World Championship Show. NSBA will offer all-breed classes over seven days and pay out in excess of $1,000,000 in cash prizes!

The World Conformation Horse Association recently announced that Paint weanlings who are also registered with AQHA are eligible to compete in the WCHA Junior Weanling Classes taking place at the AQHA Lucas Oil World Championship in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, later this fall.

The NSBA Stallion Incentive Fund pays out over $125,000 annually to enrolled foals, stallion owners, and foal nominators. Last year, the highest earner received a check for $6,696 for owning and showing an incentive fund horse.
