“Our goal is to bring together a knowledgeable roster of judges for these championship shows,” said Pete Kyle, AQHA chief show officer. “It is important for exhibitors to know they are being judged by the rules and by a highly qualified group of judges at each show.”

The 2019 NCEA Championship will take place April 17-20, 2019 at the Extraco Events Center in Waco, Texas.

The IQHYA Show is fast approaching, April 17-21 in Cloverdale, IN. The largest show in Indiana will host Robin Frid, Brett Clark, Kristy Starnes, Michelle Tidwell, Rhonda Replogle, Derek Hanscome, Cindy Rucker, Glenn Wells, and Manita Defoor as judges.

The Pinto Horse Association of America World Show is scheduled to take place June 10-22 in Tulsa, OK. The 13-day event will host 700 classes for all types of equestrians. The pre-entry deadline for the show is April 25th. Click here to view the dedicated web page for the Pinto World Show. 

“This is such an exciting time for the Auburn Tigers,” head coach Greg Williams said. “We’ve set our sights on this the last couple years and it feels really good to bring this title back home to Auburn. The competition in the SEC is just the best and if you can win here, you can anywhere in the country. All four teams are capable of winning the national championship so this is really special.”

Serving as a director is a fun-but-serious task. Responsibilities include directing association business, voting on by-law changes and providing valuable input about ways to grow AjPHA and attract new Youth to the program. National directors meet annually at the AjPHA National Convention, which takes place in conjunction with the 2019 APHA Youth World Championship Show in Fort Worth, Texas.
