If you don’t receive an immediate answer, our dedicated MemberCare staff will return your call quickly. We have the capability of deploying our virtual office at any time. That means our staff can register horses, transfer ownership or conduct any other APHA business from any location where they have internet connectivity. Every staff member has a laptop and every laptop has IP telephone access that allows for phone service wherever we are. But for those of you who have never used APHA’s online registration, stallion breeding report, transfers and other web-based services, there has never been a better time to give them a try. Do business with APHA however you’d like. We’re open. 

Road to the Horse 2020 has been rescheduled for June 18-21, 2020. The event will remain in the Alltech Arena at the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington, Kentucky. Road to the Horse 2020 will feature the same beautiful colts from the 6666 Ranch and the same talented Championship Competitors and Wild Cards. Road to the Horse sincerely appreciates the support and flexibility of the talent lineup, as well as the Kentucky Horse Park.

As an added bonus, every E-SHOWS entry receives detailed scoring and feedback from a carded APHA judge, making this a great opportunity to have your skills and performance assessed by a professional. It’s like a virtual lesson—learn what your doing well and where you need to improve, while competing for cash!

IBHA plans to host EWD Showmanship and Horsemanship classes at the 2020 World Show, which will be held July 27 through August 1 at C Bar C Arena in Cloverdale, Indiana. The show will also feature an added money Green Western Pleasure and added money Green Hunter Under Saddle in addition to a full slate of IBHA and Dual-Approved NSBA classes.

Secondly, in a move to help Regional Show Managers, the Board, at my urging, waived two rule restrictions for judges. For shows impacted by the highly contagious COVID-19 outbreak, Regional Show Managers can use the same judges in 2020 that they used in 2019. What’s more, we’ve waived the rule which prohibits judges from working two shows within 200 miles of each other during any 30-day period.

The National Snaffle Bit Association is pleased to announce the following inductees into the NSBA Hall of Fame for 2020.

AjPHA is excited to announce the 2020–2021 AjPHA National Directors. These dedicated individuals serve the AjPHA by directing association business, providing valuable input on ways to grow AjPHA and attract new youth to the program. National directors meet at the Youth Leadership Conference and the AjPHA National Convention, which takes place in conjunction with the AjPHA World Championship Show in Fort Worth, Texas.

In light of the growing developments, AQHA will temporarily close to walk-in customers to protect the health and safety of AQHA customers, staff and the local community. AQHA Headquarters will be closed to walk-in customers beginning Thursday, March 19. Customers can utilize the drop box located in front of the AQHA Headquarters building, at the bottom of the steps near the bronze statue of Wimpy P-1 to drop off their work during this time in Amarillo.

As with the ongoing Covid-19 situation, the GQHA and the HQGA associations, along with the GIHP, have made the decision to cancel the upcoming event known as the Georgia On My Mind shows. We were hopeful that it might happen, but the safety of our friends, exhibitors, and horses come first. Any stall or RV funds that have been deposited will be funded within 3 weeks if not sooner. Any checks received and not deposited will be destroyed. Your monies will be refunded.
