If your stallion was used for ApHC breeding purposes in 2020, we encourage you to take advantage of on-time member fees for filing stallion breeding reports; $30 plus $5 per mare. Membership of the stallion owner is required to file reports at member rates. Avoid paying late filing fees by having your stallion breeding report postmarked by November 30, 2020. Late reports, postmarked after November 30 of the breeding year, will be charged a late filing fee of $50 in addition to on-time filing fees.
