A unique aspect of the equestrian team will be its partnership with the School of Veterinary Medicine and the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences – both regarded as world-leaders in teaching and research in their respective fields.

1. If a racing jurisdiction reports a Positive Test for a horse, such horse and record trainer as of the violation date in question (“Offending Trainer”):
(a) shall be ineligible to be considered for AQHA awards associated with the calendar year in which the Positive Test occurred; this will include pending appeals of violations; and
(b) shall, unless waived by AQHA, be ineligible to be included in AQHA media (online and publications) during the calendar year in which the Positive Test occurred; this will include pending appeals of violations.

Former FL. Veterinarian Facing 38 Counts Including Fraud and Forgery

According to the Ocala Star Banner, a former veterinarian, Theodore Oroski, is facing 36 counts of forgery, one count of fraud, and one count of practicing without a license. The arrest report reveals that Oroski blood samples taken for Coggins were never actually sent to a laboratory for testing and the lab owner’s name was forged, in addition to other offenses.
