The Bradshaw family is excited to announce a new addition to their already stellar lineup of AQHA and APHA horses.
Their latest acquisition is the 2006 AQHA stallion, Extremely Hot Chips, by Blazing Hot and out of Miss Trophy Chip. In addition to achieving the designation of being the Leading Money Winner of All Time for AQHA stallions, his get have won substantial monies at events like the Quarter Horse Congress, AQHA World Show, Tom Powers Futurity, Western Pleasure Super Sires Futurity, Premier Quarter Sires Futurity, and more. A few notable names include Extremely Dark Chips, Extremely Hot Diva, Extremely Late, and Suddenly Extreme. “Chip” is an AQHA, APHA, NSBA, ApHC, and Congress Champion sire and was named the Western Pleasure Super Sire of the Year in 2016.
Chip has won multiple NSBA World Championships in his own right and has accumulated 221 Open and Amateur Western Pleasure points as well as $85,565 in lifetime earnings. Formerly owned by Russ and Leigh Louderback, Chip resides at Kiowa Ranch in Texas, alongside the Bradshaw family’s other stallions.
Terry Bradshaw is excited about the addition of Chip to the family. “My wife and I are excited to have the opportunity to buy such an incredible animal. I cannot thank Joan Schroeder enough, as well as my son-in-law, Scott Weiss, for putting this deal together. We’re excited to move forward and expand our horizons into the Quarter Horse Western Pleasure industry.”
That’s not the only change on the horizon for Terry Bradshaw Quarter Horses. Earlier this week, they relayed the news that AQHA stallions, Telasecret and Initials Only, will now be under stallion management with Erin Bradshaw and will stand with Joan Schroeder at Kiowa Ranch in Texas, alongside APHA stallion, John Simon, for the 2019 breeding season. It certainly seems as if the Bradshaws are creating the makings of a super star, stallion team for the future.
