Continue reading …The highlight of Saturday night was the main arena wrapping up with the Blind Horsemanship Challenge. There was a total of 20 entries this year with a money pot of $1,100! All exhibitors entered the arena and faced the rail. Each rider was given a maximum of 60 seconds to look at the pattern before they turned around and attempted it.
Continue reading …Niftys Rock Star, ridden by Lauren Neily won the Open VRH, Hot Chippin Charley ridden by Brenda Baker took home the Open Performance high point, and Sinceerly took home Halter Mare while there was a tie for Halter Gelding between PF The Only One and Homerun Stats.
It wasn’t until the Spring of 2018, when she adopted Max, a New York City carriage horse in need of retirement and his next chapter, that she became impassioned to get more involved in helping America’s at-risk horses on a bigger scale.
