Why It Matters: The Youth Leadership Conference is an opportunity for all Youth to enhance their leadership skills while having fun with their peers. The 2021 Youth Leadership Conference was held in conjunction with the APHA World Show, and there was a 28 percent increase in attendance. Reports started from the online reporting program will require fees to be paid from the online reporting system by credit card. Membership of the stallion owner is required to pay member fees. Agents filing reports for stallion owners from the online reporting system must make sure the recorded owner of the stallion is a current member with the ApHC.
