Around the Rings – Florida PHC 2023 May Mane Event

What a spectacular show in the most incredible equine facility in the country!

The Florida Paint Horse Club hosted a 3 day event at the World Equestrian Center – Ocala this past weekend. The event welcomed not just Paints and Pintos but all horses to participate in their All Breed divisions.  We were especially thrilled to see so many of our young leadliners who came to compete.

This event catered not only to our equine exhibitors but also included events for everyone.  Kids and adults alike enjoyed our craft area.  We also celebrated all those special moms who spent their Mother’s Day weekends with the FPHC.

We had really great numbers, amazing prizes, and a lot of fun in the most amazing Equine Facility.

I would like to thank our great group of judges and our ring staff (Cameron, Rhonda, Julia, Kim, Connor, Bailey) for helping the show to run so smoothly.

Thanks as well to my great office staff (Rosaline Ogle, Carmen Lay and Casey Lamberton), our wonderful awards person (Emma Rhodes) and our announcer, Bonnie Miller.

We had events for both rider and spectators and I think our craft station was a huge hit -thanks to Judy Crim for always making sure we have a wonderful setup.

I would like to thank Sharyn Claire Hall of the The Ritzy Pony Boutique, LLC for helping us to provide such amazing circuit and highpoint awards. Also a big “thank you” to our go to advertising/marketingspecialist Sara Torres Marketing & Design. Huge shout out as well to Ashley Enoch-Scott for helping to organize the awards for our shows.

FPHC awarded beautiful custom awards in 18 APHA Highpoint, reserve Highpoint and third place divisions and 12 Pinto Highpoint and Reserve Highpoint customized by The Ritzy Pony Boutique.

The Florida Paint Horse Club is now looking forward to hosting our Holiday Classic 8 judge APHA show at the World Equestrian Center in December 2023.  This show will include $20,000 in APHA Chrome Cash to be awarded to our exhibitors.  We will feature special awards for our Halter class winners and so much more.  We invite equestrians as well as spectators to join us in December.
