Around the Rings at the Florida PHC Holiday Classic at WEC Ocala

Well, what a HUGE and FUN filled weekend at the most Magical Equine Facility in the World: World Equestrian Center – Ocala.
3 days filled with 250 horses and exhibitors, 8 APHA judges, huge classes for a total of 1100 APHA entries. Topnotch competition and so much FUN!!!!! Our guests enjoyed our daily hospitality cart, holiday craft tables, ugly sweater contest, dog races and ugly sweater trainer showmanship. This weekend we had exhibitors from all over the country competing for $20,000 in APHA Chrome cash.
This show also offered over $25,000 in prizes and awards including:
- Highpoint, Reserve and 3rd Overall Highpoints in 20 Divisions
- Circuit awards for every class
- Random prizes
- $1750 cash prizes for our top 3 APHA Open class exhibitors.
Thanks to our judges who stuck it out with us with some super late days that went into the early AM hours: Casey Orr, Daren Wright, Carly Veldman Parks, Cindy Mergaert, Rhonda Replogle, Tim Jedra, Chris Thompson, Jodi Finkenbinder, and Kathryn Boggetta. Thank you, Thank you to my office staff (Casey, Carmen and Ros) and to the ring stewards Jacqueline, Dawn, and Bonnie, and least but not least my assistant, Telek Kozlowski.
Please stay tuned as well will be working on some schedule changes for our show in 2024 to make our exhibitor experience EVEN BETTER. We hope to have this announcement posted by the beginning of January.
