Around the Rings at 2017 Summerama
The Area 3 Quarter Horse Club played host to the Summerama horse show that took place June 30-July 4th at the Orangeville Fairgrounds. The show also happened to fall on the 150th Birthday of Canada, so competitors enjoyed a Free Exhibitors’ Dinner on Sunday night that was catered by Lavender Blue consisting of fried chicken, corn on the cob, coleslaw, and cake.
Another fun event at the horse show was the Area 3 Youth Amazing Challenge, where 40 kids participated in a scavenger hunt, bobbing for apples, and rock picking.
