The Palmetto Paint Horse Club March Madness, March 8-9, 2025, at South Carolina Equine Park in Camden, SC, was a hit, with APHA, NSBA, and All Breed classes, and judges Chris Thompson and Teresa Pelton.
Congratulations to the March Madness High Point winners!
The club is known for its family-friendly atmosphere and great competition – read on for post-show comments from PPHC President Lindsey Singleton McKnight:
PPHC’s March Madness was everything we could have hoped for—great horses, fierce competition, and most importantly, an incredible sense of camaraderie. There’s nothing quite like the friendships forged at a horse show, and it was especially heartwarming to see so many kids running around, playing together, and getting absolutely covered in dirt—many meeting for the first time but acting like lifelong best friends. This is what makes our horse show family so special!
A huge THANK YOU to our PPHC membership, show staff, judges, and SCEP for making this event a success. It takes a dedicated team to put on a show like this, and we couldn’t do it without you!
I also want to take a moment to thank Lynn Noel Hurst for her leadership as PPHC President last year. Lynn’s hard work and dedication kept this club moving forward and created a welcoming atmosphere for exhibitors. Because of her, I was able to focus on my family, work, and even enjoy showing my own horse again. Her commitment to PPHC and the success of our events hasn’t gone unnoticed, and we all appreciate everything she has done.
Next up—Carolina Cash!
