Around the Rings – 2023 All American Quarter Horse Congress Cutting

The Congress Cutting at the Bullen Equestrian Center at the Preble County Fairgrounds in Eaton, Ohio, is underway October 4-7, 2023.
Judges are Chris Benedict and Bronc Willoughby.
The NCHA Great Lakes Circuit Finals, an NCHA national event, will follow on Sunday, October 8. Congress Cutting exhibitors will be eligible to qualify for the circuit finals. The Congress Cutting is produced by OQHA Honorary Director Chuck Smith.
