The Oklahoma Paint Horse Club’s Twister Circuit recently took place April 12-13 in Oklahoma City in conjunction with the 2013 Year-End Awards Banquet. Judges for Saturday were Terry Thompson and Cindy Chilton-Moore. Judges for Sunday were Lisa Ligon and John Abrams.
