The American Quarter Horse Association Headquarters in Amarillo will reopen for appointments only on Monday, April 5, pending local, state and federal mandates.
The AQHA Member Experience Team will assist customers with AQHA business including, but not limited to, registrations, transfers, memberships, reviewing the status of your AQHA work and more!
To obtain assistance with your AQHA business, customers must schedule an appointment with the AQHA Member Experience Team.
On March 3, Texas Gov. Greg Abbott issued Executive Order GA-34, which modifies the COVID-19 mandates for businesses in the state of Texas, effective March 10. All businesses and services are subject to the recommended minimum health protocols outlined by the Texas Department of State Health Services.
AQHA will continue to take the necessary precautions to protect the health and safety of customers and staff during the scheduled appointments with customers. Customers are required to follow AQHA health protocols, including wearing facial protection while working with an AQHA Member Experience representative.
Customers are encouraged to wait for their appointment in their vehicles and to enter the building moments before their scheduled appointment. Customers who enter the building will be required to social distance and maintain at least an American Quarter Horse distance (minimum of 6 feet) between the customer(s) and AQHA staff.
The AQHA Member Experience Team will continue to comply with all local, state and federal guidelines and modify guidelines and appointment availability as needed.
