AQHA Publicity
The American Quarter Horse Association has implemented a new language line option, offering non-English-speaking customers the ability to access AQHA services over the phone with the support of live translation in their native-language.
As a global organization, AQHA serves customers from more than 100 countries around the world. The ability to communicate across cultural, language and geographic barriers is key to serving these customers effectively. AQHA’s goal in launching the new language line is to provide faster, easier and more efficient care to non-English-speaking customers through the addition of interpreters capable of providing live support in 240 languages.
The international language line will supplement our current Spanish speaking member experience professionals already in place. These member experience agents will continue to provide services to Spanish speaking members.
When non-English speaking customers call the main AQHA phone line and are connected to a Member Experience representative, the Member Experience representative will indicate that an interpreter will be added to the conversation through a secure, compliant and reliable line to begin the translation process. This will allow all AQHA members to access phone support in native language, a major step forward in serving international and non-English-speaking domestic members.
The AQHA Member Experience team is available 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Monday-Friday at 806-376-4811 (U.S. customers). You can also use the Contact Us form on AQHA.com.
