The American Quarter Horse Association has an exciting line-up of events planned for 2021. All in-person events will be hosted in accordance with local, state and federal mandates. Mark your calendars today with the tentative dates.

AQHA Convention

• March 18-22 –  2021 AQHA Convention at the Hyatt Hill Country in San Antonio

AQHA Championship Shows

• June 22-27 –  AQHA Versatility Ranch Horse World Championships; AQHA Cattle Level 1 Championships, presented by the Four Sixes Ranch; AQHA Ranching Heritage Challenge Finals; and National Ranch and Stock Horse Alliance National Championship Show at the Lazy E Arena in Guthrie, Oklahoma
• July 28 – August 8 – Built Ford Tough AQHYA World Championship Show and Nutrena Level 1 youth classes at the OKC Fairgrounds in Oklahoma City
• November 1-20 – Farnam AQHA World Championship Show; AQHA Select World Championship Show, presented by Adequan® (polysulfated glycosaminoglycan); Adequan® Level 2 Championships; and Nutrena AQHA Level 1 amateur and Select classes at the OKC Fairgrounds in Oklahoma City

AQHA Racing

• May 29 – Heritage Place Futurity and Derby, Debbie Schauf Memorial Championship (formerly the Remington Park Invitational Championship) at Remington Park in Oklahoma City
• July 30-31 – Texas Quarter Horse Association Yearling Sale in San Antonio
• September 3-6 – Ruidoso Select Yearling Sale, All American Derby and Futurity, All American Gold Cup at Ruidoso Downs in Ruidoso, New Mexico
• September 24-25 – Heritage Place Yearling Sale in Oklahoma City
• October 1-2– Los Alamitos Equine Sale at Los Alamitos Race Course in Cypress, California
• October 23 – Bank of America Racing Challenge Championships and AQHA Racing Conference at The Downs at Albuquerque in Albuquerque, New Mexico
• December 11 – Champion of Champions and Los Alamitos Two Million Futurity at Los Alamitos Race Course in Cypress, California

2021 AQHA Regional Championships

• June 23 – Region Five Championship at Gloucester County Dream Park in Logan Township, New Jersey
• July 13-18 – Region Six Championship at Eastern States Expo in West Springfield, Massachusetts
• July 21-22 – Region One Championship at Tanana Valley Fairgrounds in Fairbanks, Alaska
• September 15-19 – Region Two Championship at Central States Fairgrounds in Rapid City, South Dakota

• May 22-23 – Central Coast Ranch Horse Classic, Carmel Valley, CA
