Click here to read more. Waggoner Ranch is known as one of the largest contiguous ranches in the United States spanning six counties and encompassing 510,527 acres. The property has been owned by the same family since 1849, and this is the first time it has officially been offered for sale.
In addition to running thousands of head of cattle, Waggoner Ranch includes 30,000 acres of farmland, an oil operation, horse program, huge lakes and live creeks, and a large population of natural wildlife like deer, water fowl, turkey, dove, quail, and feral hog.
Following its sale this week, Waggoner Ranch will be joining Kroenke Ranches ranch holdings across the United States and Canada; It’s one of the largest conglomerates of working ranches in the world, including cattle, wheat, horse, and natural resource operations.
