#Motivational Monday, Community Raises $4K to Send EWD Rider to Dixie Nationals

Thanks to Emily Peak for sharing a link to a wonderful story we thought would be perfect to share for #MotivationalMonday. Earlier in January, the Gainesville Times reported on a 43-year-old equestrian named David Ruckstaetter who has Downs Syndrome.

Thanks to a social media campaign on YouCaring.com, the horse community helped to raise $4,000 to help send David and his horse to compete in the Equestrians With Disabilities classes at the 50th annual Dixie Nationals Quarter Horse Show next month in Jackson, Mississippi.
