Pre entries are due by September 5, 2014. Post entries will be accepted until 5 pm the day prior to the class, with an additional fee of $50 per back number.
All Show Fee: $375
Includes a stall, all classes for which your horse is eligible, including Warm-up Pleasure/ Hunt Seat classes, AQHA drug test fee, entry into Special Added Money classes, NSBA Western Pleasure Futurities, NSBA Hunt Seat Futurities, and Trail Futurity class.
The All-Show Fee does not include entry fees for NSBA classes (except for the futurities as noted above) or fees for the AQHA Special Event classes being held on Wednesday, September 25th.
Payment is required at the time of online entry via credit card or Paypal account with a 4% convenience fee. Classes can be added and scratched during the show.
For the Reining and Ranch Horse Pleasure, two free warm-up tickets will be issued for each fee paid. Reining warm-ups will be on a first come first served basis and issued on slot time available and arena permitting.
Stalls available Tuesday Sept. 23 @ 7:00am (or Monday for an additional $25) with departure no later than 10:00 am on Monday, 9/30. Tack stalls must pay the all-show fee. Sharing tack stalls is acceptable. One individual must pay the fee; the Show Office will not split charges. Anyone wishing to be stalled as a group must fill out the Stall Reservation List to ensure stalls are assigned together.
Payment is required to confirm stall and entry reservation. Checks are to be made payable to AZQHA and must be in US funds. Checks will be cashed on September 5, 2014.
