CCBA Announces Exciting Changes to Second Championship Show

Filed under: Club & Show News,Club and Show News |

From CCBA:

The Connecticut Color Breed Association (CCBA) was established in 2011 for the promotion of quality horses, ponies, miniatures, and long ears with color. All equines, no matter the size or breeding, can participate in a variety of classes and programs for every level of horseman.

CCBA welcomes all ages, all seats, and all levels of showing experience at any or all of their shows, or through their trail miles and dressage affiliate programs, for members who prefer riding outside the traditional show ring.

In 2023, CCBA held their inaugural 2-Day Championship Show at Falls Creek Farm in Moosup, CT. Expanding their already diverse open show class list to include gymkhana, a WT Rescue Showcase, & the CWD Non-Pro WTC Equitation on the Flat Challenge, the Championship Show was a highlight of the 2023 CCBA season.

CCBA is proud to announce their 2nd Championship Show, being held August 2nd-4th, again at Falls Creek Farm, is an AQHA Approved Introductory show, offering several Level 1 Amateur, Youth, & WT classes, on top of their open class list.

In addition to our AQHA approval, CCBA is also proud to announce our Championship Show High Point English, Western, and Overall Thoroughbred Awards through the Thoroughbred Incentive Program, a full Standardbred division, and a High Point Pinto award.
