Around the Rings – Florida Color Horse Club’s 2024 Orange Blossom
The Florida Color Horse Club held The 2024 Orange Blossom from January 19-21 at Alachua Agriculture & Equestrian Center in Newberry, Florida with APHA, ApHC, and All Breed classes.
No 1 Tobiano Horse team of Amanda Dempsey and Impressive Invitation – Keli Wakeley Photography
Judges were Lisa Ligon (TX) and Dale Sullens (TX), and the APHA Show Manager was Randall Roser, and the ApHC Show Manager was James Hoyt. The club celebrates the horse of color, and one of the awards offered at the show was a High Point Tobiano Horse, sponsored by the American Tobiano Horse Association and won by Amanda Dempsey & Impressive Invitation. ATHA awarded the team with $300 in winnings for their accomplishment.
In addition, the inaugural Butch Lamphere Memorial Champion of Champions Award was won by Charles Self, presented by Barbara Lamphere and family, who also added extra money to the cash prize, and Pete Buchanan donated the trophy.
