“This is my daughter, Rachel Bowers,” says Lori Bowers.
“In 2012, after showing at the Congress for the first time and seeing the queen, she dressed as a “Future Congress Queen” for Halloween. Recently she was crowned the 2023 Michigan Quarter Horse Queen and will compete for the Congress Queen title in October. Maybe her Halloween costume was a premonition for the future?”
