“My job is hard, like really hard. The opportunity to mentor and raise these kids for the past 23 years has been such an honor and privilege. My job is to win, but the most important win is that these kids are confident, have a strong work ethic, and just feel loved!” writes trainer Megan Vanderslice.
“My hope is when they move into the real world and stuff gets hard, they hear my voice in the back of their head saying “you freaking got this”! I’m beyond grateful for this role in their lives.”
We agree, Megan, and our hat is off to you for all you do. Rock on, youth trainers! Thank you to Megan for allowing us to share this photo and her words.
