The EMO Celebration
June 29 – July 9, 2023

An AQHA Horse Show Show Unlike Any Other ….in a Location Like Any Other
The six judge EMO Celebration offers AQHA open, amateur, select, youth and novice (level 1), NSBA Futurity classes plus cattle, ranch and reining classes. There is no qualifying for the EMO AQHA Celebration.

Entries and stall reservations are available at Heidi Horse Shows

Deadline is June 15
CLASS FEES 

  • AQHA Classes: $200 per class.  Includes each time the AQHA class is offered but does not include any cattle charges for cattle classes.
  • AQHA Trail Classes: $220 per class.  Includes three times the class is offered and the trail warm-up.
  • AQHA Halter Classes: $120 per class  excluding Open and Amateur Performance Halter  (Open and Amateur Performance Halter classes will be charged $200)
  • Exhibition Cattle Classes: $100 per class (does not include cattle fees)
  • Cattle Fees: – To ensure fresh cattle must be reserved by June 19th, 2023.

Cutting cattle fee: $120 per run
Cowhorse cattle fee: $160 per run
Boxing cattle fee: $80 per run

  • All Breed Youth 11 & Under Walk Trot: $8 per judge (double judged – shows 3 times)
  • NSBA Dual Approved  Classes: $10 per class (Single judged – one judge each time class shows)

ADDITIONAL FEES

  • AQHA Processing Fee: $10 per Horse / per Judge
  • NSBA Futurity Classes: $125 per Class ($100 to Jackpot Purse)
  • Office Fee: $30 per Horse
  • Late Fee: $40 per horse for entries done after the 15th of June.
  • Credit Card processing fee: 4%
  • Stall Fee: $319 – includes 4 bags of shavings and 2 mats for each stall. Additional shavings may be purchased thru the facility.

Super Sires Stakes Classes

  • Entry Fees: $250
  • Pre-Entry Deadline: June 15, 2023. Entry fee after Deadline: $350

 

$1,000 Added to Most Classes*

$1,000 payout will be paid as follows:

Circuit Champion – $500

Reserve Circuit Champion – $300

3rd  place in Circuit – $200
Walk Trot Circuit Champions will receive buckles.
(Walk Trot classes will not have $1,000 added)
Exhibitor must show all 3 times class the class is offered to qualify for Circuit payouts or Walk Trot awards.

NOTICE: Nevada Animal Import Requirements

Please review the following requirements for horses entering Nevada. Additionally, there will be a mandatory  “lip check” on entry and a twice daily temp check for all horses coming from San Diego and Riverside County.

NEW ENTRY REQUIREMENTS FOR STATES WITH VSV DIAGNOSIS 5/19/2023

Currently, all horses, cattle, swine, sheep, and goats from a state where Vesicular Stomatitis Virus (VSV) has been diagnosed, or visiting an infected state and then returning to Nevada, except those moving directly to slaughter, must be accompanied by a CVI that includes the statement:

 

“I have examined all the animals identified on this certificate within seven (7) days of shipment date and have found them to be free from signs of Vesicular Stomatitis Virus (VSV). During the last fourteen (14) days, these animals have not been exposed to VSV nor located on a VSV confirmed or a VSV suspected premises.”
