Q: Do I sign up for my own stalls?
A: If you are with a trainer DO NOT sign up for any stalls at this time. Please make sure you are in your trainers count when they reserve.
Q: Do I sign up for my own RV?
A: You can sign up for your own RV or your trainer can include you in their count of RVs. Please communicate with your trainer so you don’t overbook more than you need.
Q: If I’m only reserving a RV, do I leave the stall count blank?
A: Yes, please list yourself as agent, and leave stall count blank.
Q: Where will the link to stalls be?
A: The link to stalls and RV will be on The Equine Production, click on calendar, then click on Madness.
Q: What happens if I don’t get stalls but I really want to come?
A: Don’t worry! There will be a lot of fluctuation in stall counts.
Q: Will by credit card be charged right away?
A: No, it will be charged on check cashing day.
Q: Will I know if I got stalls right away?
A: NO! Because of the amount of improperly filled out forms anticipated we will take 24 hours to go through every reservation to make sure there are no duplicates or mistakes. You will be contacted in a separate email on Feb 2nd if you secured stalls.

Please do ask questions if you’re unsure about something BEFORE the stall form comes out. You can text or call Darla Lee at 419-408-0093 at any time. Secure stalls with a valid credit card. If your card is not valid, this creates more time and work for everyone.
Communicate with your trainer. Most of the time they have the answers to the questions you are asking. Know that stalls sell out quickly, and RV spaces even faster. Set your alarm for Feb 1st at 8am.
