ApHC Announces 2019 Hall of Fame Inductees

The Appaloosa Horse Club (ApHC) is pleased to announce the 2019 Hall of Fame Inductees. This prestigious honor is determined through a vote by the ApHC Board of Directors on nominated horses and people that have been reviewed and recommended by the Hall of Fame Committee, OR automatically by production/performance records.

• Mr Shining Gun – (automatically inducted) 2009 gelding bred by Dennis Herman of Maiden, North Carolina, currently owned by Jim Jirkovsky of Whitesboro, Texas.
• Jess Streakin – (Supreme Dam Production Plaque) 2004 mare bred and owned by Jeff Adams of Durant, Oklahoma.

The Appaloosa Hall of Fame was created in 1986. Each year ApHC membership submits nominations for individuals and horses they believe have made a great and favorable impact on the Appaloosa industry. Each Hall of Fame inductee will be recognized on an engraved plaque featuring a photograph and biography to be on permanent display in the Appaloosa Museum.
