The first live session of the virtual 2020 Bank of America Youth Excellence Seminar will kick off June 30 at 9 a.m. Central with a welcome and introduction to the virtual seminar hosted by the AQHYA Board of Directors. Tune in 10 a.m. Central on June 30 for a live keynote address by Amberly Snyder, Women’s Professional Rodeo Association competitor whose inspirational true story was captured in the 2019 movie “Walk. Ride. Rodeo.”
Registration will remain open throughout the seminar for attendees to access digital content, including online leadership videos and sessions, available at no cost to viewers.

All AQHYA members and nonmembers, ages 10 to 18, are invited to attend the virtual seminar. Parents and adult leaders are also encouraged to attend online. Attendees can log on each morning at 9 a.m. Central to join the live kickoff sessions. Additional live sessions will take place daily, and details are on the YES schedule. All sessions, videos, workshops and keynote addresses are available at any time for attendees to access at their own pace.
View the virtual YES schedule. YES kicks off with youth leadership candidate-specific events June 29, then all attendees can join live sessions on June 30 and July 1. Content will be available for a limited time after July 1 for registrants to access and relive YES.
AQHYA delegates will also elect the 2020-21 AQHYA officer and director leadership team during the virtual seminar this year. Officer and director candidate bios are available at www.aqha.com/aqhya-officer-and-director-candidates.
