Due to the growing pains at AQHA, the Breeders Halter Futurity Board of Directors has made some decisions concerning the foal registration requirement at our event September 11-15, 2019.

We have been in contact with AQHA and have asked them to help us with expediting registration papers for foals that have been NOMINATED TO THE BHF.  They are very anxious to help us. We have provided a list of weanling foals that are currently NOMINATED TO THE BHF to make them aware of foals that will need registration papers by September.

We are also going to allow foals with proof of pending registration papers to be allowed to show this year. We will hold any award proceeds until registration papers are provided to the BHF Office. There will be a $25 processing fee for a horse with pending registration to show.

Please note this is not a rule change. This special action was taken for this year only.
