The 2016 Little River Circuit took place May 19-22 in Williamston, NC. Show secretary, Susan Daniels, reports a total of 2,272 entries were recorded during the event. Judges for the show were Brian Holmes, Trigg Rentfro, Cyndi Brown, and Carolyn Buckley.

“We’re pleased to report that number as it shows the loyalty of our exhibitors to this long running show,” she says. “We’re already thinking about next year!

“Our flat fee of $350 for the four judges, all AQHA classes, and a stall with three bags of shavings continues to be a popular draw for our exhibitors.”

May has been a very busy horse show month for competitors in the eastern United States. The AQHA Level 1 East Coast Championship Show was held recently in Raleigh, NC, which was preceded by the EQHNC Easter Bunny Circuit the previous weekend. Now, competitors are looking forward to another AQHA show coming up in Doswell, VA, May 28th and 29th and the Novice “No Bling” Show in Colfax, NC, on the 28th.
