The 2015 Florida Gold Coast Quarter Horse Show is well underway with Day 2 of competition at the Bob Thomas Equestrian Center in Tampa, Florida. In addition to fantastic weather, Mark Harrell Horse Show Management indicates a great turnout for the first split/combined show of more than 1,200 entries per judge, which shows tremendous growth over 2014.
Check out some of the class totals so far:
In addition to fantastic class sizes, there are many fun special events and random giveaways planned. For example, during the New Year’s Eve party, a tack trunk filled with goodies will be auctioned off. The funds will benefit the Florida Quarter Horse Association youth group. Also, another fun addition is a random draw for anyone competing in an English riding class during the second round of classes (Over Fences, Hunter Hack, Hunter Under Saddle, and Equitation). Competitors will automatically be entered to win a CWD English saddle!
