9 Things to Look Forward to at AQHA YES

The American Quarter Horse Association is excited to welcome attendees to the 2021 Bank of America Youth Excellence Seminar July 12-14 in Amarillo. View the tentative YES schedule.
An entertaining and action-packed three days are awaiting attendees in Amarillo. Check out these highlights to look forward to during YES:
- Kick off the week during registration with a fun and challenging scavenger hunt. Do you think your team will be the first to solve the puzzle?
- Meet new, life-long friends at the Mix ’n’ Mingle on Monday evening at the Civic Center Grand Plaza.
- Learn and engage with guest speakers, industry professionals and alliance organizations through presentations, leadership activities and workshops!
- Dance the evening away on Tuesday night. Be sure to pack your dancing shoes!
- Make a difference as we partner with Snack Pak 4 Kids to help end weekend hunger in the Texas Panhandle and surrounding areas. Make sure to bring closed-toe shoes to volunteer in the warehouse and garden.
- Get dressed up on Wednesday night to recognize awards and scholarships, as well as outgoing and incoming AQHYA leadership, at the awards dinner with your friends.
- Experience the inner workings of the AQHA International Headquarters. Each department is planning interactive, exciting games and activities during the tour!
- Make your mark on the future of AQHYA by watching the 2021-22 AQHYA officer and director candidates campaign and electing your new leadership team.
- And, most of all, look forward to a memorable experience and lots of fun!
