- Will run concurrent with L1 Jr Western Riding each time it occurs.
- Horse must enter L1 Jr. Western Riding as well as Nothin But Nett Maiden Stakes to be eligible.
- Horse MAY NOT have shown in Western Riding prior to the 2023 Sun Circuit.
- Placings will utilize the 9 point sliding scale on all 8 judges placings to determine final placings.
