Robin Glenn Pedigrees has historically produced sale catalogs for most of the premier auction companies, along with pedigrees and stallion statistical pages for personal use by horse owners. Purchased by AQHA in 2014, in January 2021 Robin Glenn Pedigrees was rebranded as QData, a department of the American Quarter Horse Association.

“Forty years ago, I would not have dreamed that AQHA would someday want to collaborate with RGP,” said Robin Glenn, director of data services for QData and founder of Robin Glenn Pedigrees. “I’m so grateful to AQHA for sharing my vision of providing a complete picture of a horse’s performance and production history, and for making it possible to develop the electronic information services horsemen expect today. That kind of progress could not have happened without AQHA.”

For the past 40 years, QData employees have recorded performance money earned by American Quarter Horses and the breeds that officially cross on American Quarter Horses in the QData database, which contains more than $2 billion in total horse earnings today.

In 2020 alone, this included $119 million in horse earnings from 2,148 events and 26,365 classes covering all disciplines. If a show producer records the earnings of the horse and makes the results available, the event is recorded in the QData database. This information is available online in the form of performance, sire, dam and maternal grandsire records, and the same records are available free on AQHA’s stallion marketing site QStallions.com.

QData also records annual leader stats for horse, sire, dam and maternal grandsires tracing back to 1995, which provides a valuable resource. The free FoalTracker service is also available at www.robinglenn.com and allows users to track weekly performance activity of individual horses, foals by a sire and foals out of mares.
