2023 APHA Zone 2 Show Stall and Host Hotel Reservations Online

One of the most popular APHA shows in the U.S. has set their 2023 dates at the SouthPoint Equestrian Center in Las Vegas, Nevada! Get ready for the APHA Zone 2 Show and Paint O Rama, May 17-21, 2023. The two back-to-back shows are presented by the APHA Zone 2 Regional clubs in Arizona, Nevada, and Utah.
Due to the high use of SouthPoint, Show Manager Terri Wirthlin says booking your rooms is a first priority. “It is very important that you book your rooms by April 23rd,” she explains. “Those of you who are familiar with Las Vegas might have heard of the EDC Concert. This is a huge concert that takes place at the Speedway and it brings in thousands. SouthPoint will increase their room rates after the 23rd and the rate after that day is something none of you will want to pay, so please book early!”
The judge list and class list will be coming soon, but in the meantime, exhibitors can reserve rooms and stalls online. See below:

$75 Midweek and $130 on Friday & Saturday nights plus tax and a $17 per day resort fee

Stalls:
STALL RESERVATION DEADLINE is Thursday, MAY 1st, 2023 – Late stalls $350.00
Priority stall placement for sponsors.
- All horse stalls, tack and feed stalls are $295.00 and include four bags of shavings and two mats per stall.
- Extra shavings from tack & feed stalls may be used for horses. Extra mats can be used in the aisles for grooming.
- Stalls are not guaranteed until fully paid. No hay or feed storage is permitted in the barn aisles.
Stall preference is by sponsorship level, then by first-come, first served. - Additional Shavings: $13.00/bag. If not pre-ordered, order through feed office at the show. No outside shavings may be brought in.
- Additional Mats (per mat): $20.00 If not pre-ordered, order through feed office at the show.
Move in/Barn Hours:
- Move In: Monday, May 15th, time 8:00 AM
- Move Out: Monday, May 22nd, by 10:00 AM
- Zone 2 Valets will be available to help you unload upon arrival.
- Unloading/loading time is 30 minutes. Please be considerate of your fellow exhibitors.
- Vehicles may not be left unattended at any time.
- Arrivals outside Barn hours are for emergencies only. Special arrangements must be made with the Barn Manager, Paul Cook (928) 301-0548
