Smart kids earn Smart Points!

The top 2018 graduate earners are as follows.

  • Taylor Searles- $10,234.52
  • Emma Brown- $8-535.56
  • Mallory Vroegh- $7,625.01
  • Kacie Scharf- $4,401.41

The point payout for NSBA Smart Points was $29.24 per point in 2018. This is just another way NSBA rewards youth members for their participation at NSBA events. Enrollment costs a one-time fee of $25 and can occur any time throughout the year.

NSBA membership is required and the youth must either ride a NSBA SIF licensed horse or register their horse into the Smart Points program.

Each year, youth receive a printout of their earnings. Then, once they age out of the youth division, their earnings will be mailed to them the year after they turn 18. What a great idea for a college fund!

All four of these ladies are also very smart cookies, because they advertise in The Equine Chronicle! Congratulations girls!
