In the NRHA Non Pro, Rookie Non Pro, Youth and Open classes, the buckles will go to the high-point Paint that competes in both slates of classes.
Continue reading …“With the decline in the Breeders’ Trust payouts per point in recent years, APHA was charged with finding an alternative funding method to keep the program strong,” Director of Breeders’ Trust Steven Imhof said. “This is a way for the horse owner to contribute to the program much like the stallion owner and foal nominator already do. The owner receives 70 percent of the payout, so it seems logical for them to also contribute.”
