What a fun show this has been! We are finished with day 2, and there have been several great placings within our group over the past couple of days. It is so exciting to be able to compete with the caliber of athletes that have gathered for this show.
The weather has been beautiful and the facility here is amazing! Where else can you buy a beer in the tack shop at a horse show?!? Our horses seem to be enjoying the show as well – trying hard for us in competition and napping hard in between!

It has been kind of funny to see the reaction on someone’s face as you walk through the casino, from the barn to your room or dinner, while wearing breeches, knee socks, a half buttoned show shirt, and cowboy boots! This location has put a whole new twist on horse showing-and it has been a blast! Tonight, the horses will be resting while we investigate the city!
