Three more World Champions have been crowned in Halter classes this morning at the 2015 AQHYA World Show in Oklahoma City.
First up, Monica Hamm continued her winning ways from yesterday when she led RPL My Te Cheerful to his 20th career World title by winning Youth Aged Geldings. This morning she was at the lead of a much younger horse, her yearling filly, She’s Classyfied, by Kid Coolsified and out of JR Roman Lil Razzle.
Coming in Reserve was Lexie Lane with Sinceerly, a sorrel filly by I Gotta Cool Secret and out of RS Larimers Prophet. Third place in the class and the 13 and Under winner was Colton Stewart with Romantic Intentions. Fourth was Dylan Madden with I’m Pleasin. Rounding out the top five was Calley Huston with FG I’ve Got Class.
Judges for today’s class were Steve Cruse, Tim Finkenbinder, Pierre Briere, Larry Little, and John Tuckey.
In the 2-Year-Old Mares class, Shyanne Smith led her filly, She Signs The Checks, to a big win. This bay mare is by Self Employed and out of Kids Classy Clue. The Reserve World Champion was Kaylee Hamm with Cheers To Being Cool, a sorrel mare by Very Cool and out of Say Cheers.
Placing third was Paige Wacker with Executee. Fourth place was Aleena McDonald with I Gotta Hot Mama. Fifth place was Tara Salmans and Kids Classy To Lady.
Judges for today’s class were Tim Finkenbinder, Pierre Briere, Larry Little, John Tuckey, and Steve Cruse.
Then, in the very next class, Shyanne Smith returned to the pen with PF Kid Supreme and was named the World Champion in 3-Year-Old Geldings. The Reserve World Champion and 13 and under winner was a very excited Eli Ronk with Ima Cool Catch. Third place was Lacey Jo Edge with FG Ritzi Fella.
Fourth place was Gracie Shepherd with Ill Sirprize You. Fifth was Ryan Carey with HR Gotta Cool Rap.
