Madison, WI, December 4, 2015 – The 37th annual Midwest Horse Fair, one of the largest equestrian events in the country, returns this spring to the Alliant Energy Center. The 2016 Fair will feature one of the most prestigious casts of presenters and clinicians ever assembled. With the theme “The Sky’s The Limit,” the 2016 Midwest Horse Fair will celebrate the horse with glitz and glamor.
The Midwest Horse Fair is proud to welcome four-time Olympic competitor and bronze medalist in dressage, Steffen Peters; Cowgirl Hall-of-Famer and owner of Westfall Horsemanship, Stacy Westfall; World Champion Cutter and Reiner, Aaron Ralston; and Australian horse master Guy McLean.
The 2016 Fair will also welcome Mike Rosser, hunter-jumper master and president of the North Carolina Hunter Jumper Association; legendary Saddleseat clinician, author, and judge of nine disciplines Gayle Lampe; and third-generation Missouri Fox Trotting Horse trainer Geno Middleton, among dozens of other prestigious equestrians.
The weekend of the Midwest Horse Fair, April 15, 16 & 17—2016, will be full of events for horse lovers of every age and experience level. With two action-packed nights of PRCA Rodeo, more than 500 exhibitors, 600 horses and upwards of 60,000 attendees annually, the Midwest Horse Fair is the largest three-day horse fair in the Nation.
The Midwest Horse Fair’s mission is to unite all facets of the horse industry by focusing on education, networking, and promotional opportunities; to introduce non-horse owners to the spirit and enjoyment of this iconic animal; and to provide entertainment to individuals and families of all ages.
