What’s Cookin’? Pup Cakes For Your Barn Dog!
Need a fun project while in quarantine? EC has got you covered with this recipe for Peanut Butter and Carrot Pupcakes that your barn dog will love!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup white flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 egg
Frosting:
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
Steps:
Mix flour and baking soda together and then add all other ingredients. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes for regular cupcake size and 15 minutes for mini cupcake size.
Frosting Steps:
Mix 2 oz cream cheese and 2 tsp peanut butter until smooth and then frost the cooled pupcakes.
