Western Hauler Western Pleasure Truck Bonanza at Sun Circuit

You can win a new Western Hauler one-ton dually at the Scottsdale Arizona Sun Circuit, as well as compete for a purse of $50,000. There are two ways to win and endless ways to have fun.

First, there will be a raffle with only 500 tickets sold. Each raffle participant will draw a number from a jar, with an amount written on the ticket between $1 and $500. Whatever number a participant draws is the amount they will be charged for the opportunity to win a customized Western Hauler 2021 one-ton Dually Crew Crew Cab Chevrolet LTZ equipped and ready to pull your prize horses. In addition to winning the truck, Sun Circuit will extend a $4,500 credit to the winner to help with tax, title, and license. You could actually be lucky enough to win a truck for $1! Tom Forehand will be roaming the grounds selling tickets. You can buy as many raffle tickets as you would like.

The competition part of the Western Pleasure Truck Bonanza adds all the proceeds of the raffle (after purchase of the Western Hauler and administration fees) to the purse, which is estimated to be $50,000! The class will take place Saturday, March 6th after the completion of day’s classes. All exhibitors and horses in L1 Open, L2 Jr., L3 Jr., L2 Sr. and L3 Sr. Western Pleasure that place in the top eight in each of their respective classes on Thursday, March 4th will be eligible for the competition, but there’s a twist.

The horses and riders will have their names placed into two jars. Names will be drawn from the jars to determine pairings for the competition. Exhibitors will redraw if they select their own horse. If there are more horses than riders, an alternate Sun Circuit 2021 exhibitor may be chosen. Of course, owners or riders who qualify may opt out of the competition. There will be 15 places paid in the competition. Each place will be split: 50% to the owner of the horse and 50% to the exhibitor of the horse.

Stay tuned for more information about other fun events at the Arizona Sun Circuit.
