Trophy Cups, Big Checks, and Vegas Lights at Celebration and EMO Western States Championship

From June 26th through July 8th, AQHA youth, amateur, and open riders descended on Las Vegas, Nevada for The Celebration and EMO Western States Championship Show for the promise of 10 AQHA shows, big class sizes, and even more added money than last year.
New for 2018, the EMO Western States Championship, an invitation only, qualification-style event, hosted $10,000 in added money that was distributed to competitors in classes ranging from Western Riding and Trail to Hunter Under Saddle and Performance Halter. The Celebration portion of the show provided the opportunity to compete in open, amateur, select, youth, level 1, and NSBA classes with judges Cliff Kellmer, Dennis Sigler, Debbie Cooper, Marilyn Randall, David Avery, Bill Enk, John Briggs, Tracy Willis, Brett Clark, Brendan Brown, Judd Paul, Sissy Anderson, Jennifer Leckey, Dolly Chayer, Mike Edwards, Curtis Reynolds, Wilma Holcomb, Butch Campbell, and Pierre Brierre officiating.
