Susan Scott Remembered as a Force in the Equine Industry
Local news station, Ocala.com, recently met with the husband (Stanley) and daughter (Nancy) of the late Susan Scott to chat about her life following the tragic car accident last Friday that resulted in her death. They spoke about her beginnings in the horse industry, her love for breeding and showing horses, and her health challenges towards the end of her life.
A Celebration of Life is planned for Susan this Thursday from 3-5 p.m at the Golden Ocala Country Club, 4090 NW 84th Court. The family is asking that donations be made in memory of Susan to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation in lieu of flowers.
