The Tracker has expanded its online entry features. A new interface and information storage has improved the user experience and made it easier than ever to enter and keep track of all your classes. Use the Tracker on your computer, tablet or on your phone.
Streamlined Entry Process
No need to manually fill out forms, no waiting in line at the show office, and no mistakes in your entries. Trainers: See all your client’s entries in one place. As a trainer, you can see that each of your clients are in the correct classes before, during, and after the show.
Information Saved For Future Shows
The Tracker saves all the information in the “Notebook.” You don’t have to manually fill out a form for every horse in every show!
Stalls
Book stalls online at ezhorseshows.com. Stall MUST be reserved online. Permanent stalls are assigned to sponsors first. Exhibitors who are assigned temporary stalls after requesting permanent stalls will be refunded the difference.
- Deadline for reservations & payment for permanent stalls is 1/27/21
- No stall refunds for any reason after 2/11/21
- Earliest arrival: 2/25/21 after 7 am
- Latest Departure: 3/8/20 before 8 am

Hotels
We have negotiated special rates for Sun Circuit exhibitors at area hotels. Blocks of rooms are set aside on a first-come, first-served basis, so make sure you contact the hotels for a great rate. All of these rates have a reservation deadline and MUST BE BOOKED SOON!
