Sincerest Condolences Following Passing of Roy Halladay

The Equine Chronicle would like to extend our sincerest condolences to our friend, Brandy Halladay, following the sudden and unexpected loss of her husband, Roy Halladay, former MLB player. Initial news reports indicated that Roy was flying in a small, single engine aircraft that went down off the coast of Florida around noon today.
Not only was Roy an eight-time All-Star and sustained a 16-year career with the Toronto Blue Jays and Philadelphia Phillies, he was involved in many charitable ventures and was known as a true family man.
Our thoughts and prayers are with Brandy, Ryan, Braden, and the entire Halladay family during this difficult time.
