An official showbill has recently been released for the 2014 Virginia Quarter Horse Classic, which is scheduled to take place at the beautiful Virginia Horse Center in Lexington, April 10-13. Judges for the show will be Tim Abler, Clint Fullerton, Jennifer Leckey, Curtis Reynolds, Jennifer Thompson, and Bruce Walquist.
The “mane event,” the Hylton Maiden $50,000 3 and Over Western Pleasure class, is scheduled to take place Saturday, April 12. The deadline for entries is March 15th. However, late entries will be accepted until Friday, April 11th at 5:00 pm for an additional late fee. The winner of the class this year will receive a free breeding to 2008 AQHA World Champion Performance Halter Stallion and 2008 Honor Roll High Point Green Western Pleasure Horse, Invitation To Flash!

Also, Harris Leather and Silverworks will be sponsoring the Harris Versatility Challenge again this year. Single horse and rider combinations will compete in Challenge Western Riding on Thursday, Challenge Trail on Friday, and Challenge Western Pleasure on Saturday in an effort to win a Harris Show Saddle.
