Results and Photos From 2018 FL Gold Coast- 10,100 Total Entries

The final results are in and, according to tabulations from An Equine Production, more than 10,100 total entries were recorded across all divisions at the 2018 Florida Gold Coast! More than 8,400+ AQHA entries, specifically, were tabulated.

The show was the first event of a three-part series that brings competitors from around the country to escape the wintery weather with a warm respite in Florida. The 2018 Florida Gold Coast took place December 28-31 at the Bob Thomas Equestrian Center with a judges’ pool consisting of Jennifer Leckey, John Boxell, Jennifer Goss, GiGi Bailey, Carly Parks, Andrea Simons, Clint Fullerton, Tracy Willis, Brad Kearns, Cindy Rucker, Stephen Stephens, and Terry Cross.

Winning the Junior High Point was Metallic Iron for owner, Chester Prince. The Reserve Champion was Blue Kahlua for Montlake Farms, LLC. Third was Whose Your Bay Bee for Kelly Birkenholtz. The Senior Champion was Some Hot Potential for Emma Brown. The Reserve Champion was Always The Best Man for Katie Grossnickle. Third was Hotrod This for Brenda Ramirez. The High Point Green Horse was Florida Georgia Line for Ruth Rowe. The Reserve Champion was Figure I’m Invited for Marie-France D’hondt. Third was Sugarray for Ashley Wilson.

The Level 1 Amateur Champion was Mallory Wachob with How Bout At Midnight. The Reserve Champion was Taylor Duncanson with Shes In My Dreams. Third was Taylor Lewis with Shez Willy Cool. The Amateur Champion was Tiina Volmer with Beter Late The Never. The Reserve Champion was Sarah Lebsock with Version Of Goodbar. Third was Shannon Henry with This Iz How We Roll.

The Select Champion was Scott Reinartz with Investin A Goodbar. The Reserve Champion was Anne Wilson with Give Me The Goods. Third was Laina Banks with Strawberri Wine. The Level 1 Youth was Savannah Relick with Goodbar Had A Dream. The Reserve Champion was Kaylnn Heitman with Hunting Blue Skies. Third was Alexis Rutledge with Dreamin With Me.

The 13 & Under Youth Champion was Caroline Fredenburg with Sudenly Sophisticated. The Reserve Champion was Emma Gore with My Only Good Shoes. Third was Alexis Potts with Jet Set Invitation. The 14-18 Youth Champion was Mallory Vroegh with Krymsun Belle. The Reserve Champion was Emma Brown with Some Hot Potential. Third was Ellexxah Maxwell with Zips Bossy Chip.

The Small Fry Champion was Alyssa Kladny with Assets Appeal. The Reserve Champion was Elden Fredenburg with MWS Flashn My Jacks. Third was Shayne Gilliam with Chocolatey Special K. The Level 1 Amateur W/J Champion was Dallas Reyes with Invite The Shy Guy. The Reserve Champion was Brenda Ramirez with Hotrod This. Third was Samantha Corritore with Gray Skys N Blaznhot. The Level 1 Youth W/J Champion was Alyssa Kladny with Assets Appeal. The Reserve Champion was Riley Potts with Slam I Am. Third was Reese Brasher with Rock Me Right.

The Versatility Ranch Horse Open Champion was Gotta Hot Gun, owned by Karen Johnson. The Reserve Champion was Chex Are Cashin for Dana Lanning. Third was Gunna Wreckya for Michael Mackay. The Versatility Ranch Horse Amateur Champion was Karen Johnson with Gotta Hot Gun. The Reserve Champion was Eleanor Green with Shanachie. Third was James Heird with Zipper Nic. The Versatility Ranch Horse Youth Champion was Anna Mackay with Gunna Wreckya. The Reserve Champion was Ellexxah Maxwell with Crank Up The Band. Third was Trent Ferreir with Widow Gallo.
